AND the California Legislature does it again... a NEW type of Restraining Order that ALLOWS your guns to be confiscated - without notice to you so watch who you shoot when they break down your door- based on the word of your family or friends, etc. YA this wont be abused... uh huh.... This is completely and totaly BS and hope its immediately challenged as violative of the 2nd Amendment. WHAT they should be focusing on is maybe a R/O to hold some of the mentally ill assholes that are responsible for pulling the triggers. Does ANYONE contend we dont have a mental health debacle in Cali and yet the best they can do is MORE gun laws?? JHC. Who votes these people in. Criminals will ALWAYS have guns and now crazy neighbors can have your 2nd amendment right seized. WTG Cali!!!
