Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has been speaking about the chance of both him and Petr Cech being at Stamford Bridge next season. In quotes published by [Maxifoot], the Belgian goalkeeper, who is currently on loan at Atletico Madrid, said he had no plans to play second-fiddle to the experienced Czech international once the new campaign kicks off. “It is logical that I would not be happy to just play the FA Cup or the League Cup,” Courtois is quoted as saying. “I’m 22. I want to play every game. If this is not the case, then I want to be loaned out again or Chelsea will have to choose between Cech and me.” Courtois has been strongly linked with a return to Chelsea this summer after three years on loan in La Liga. The young stopper’s performances this season – as Atletico won the Spanish league title and came within two minutes of claiming the Champions League – have been outstanding and Jose Mourinho has a big decision to make this summer.
