ANOTHER UPDATE ON RUSTY: Foster Mom Brit reports his house manners are so outstanding she will continue to foster him temporarily. Brit is the rescue weekend foster mom for dogs in boarding. The rescue learns so much about the dogs when they are in a home. Thanks Brit. Please text or call her @ 702 204-2386 for more information or Contact BBBR Boarding Facility Coordinator Alicia with further questions: 407-782-2999 or text or call his Dog Trainer Dan at 516-603-0499. PREVIOUS UPDATE ON RUSTY: Rusty, Britt and Matt enjoyed a walk to Dutch Brothers tonight for a pup-a-chino! Rusty was such a good boy and loved all the attention!!! IN A COZY FOSTER HOME FOR THE WEEKEND: Please welcome new BBBR Foster Mom Brit. Brit will be fostering a different boarding dog each weekend. This weekend she will foster Rusty from Emerald Street Kennels in Boise. AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER OR ADOPTION: RUSTY, AKA: BUSTER BROWN, NEEDS A FOSTER OR ADOPTIVE HOME!! I like to call Rusty “Buster Brown” because he has to be one to the dearest, smart, brown brindle boys we have had! Rusty is SMART and catches on quickly. This boy LOVES to play fetch and will play for a long time, but better have two balls because he releases the first one when he knows you will throw the second one! He understands his basic commands and he just seems to get it; he also corrects very easily and definitely aims to please. Rusty absolutely loves children, but he has to be supervised as he is energetic. The rescue recommends no small children even though he does love them. Rusty also enjoys the company of other dogs. (A proper dog introduction is a must for all dogs) He really enjoys water and taking jogs. Rusty needs a home with a high fence as he is a jumper. I have zero trouble with him in the backyard at Emerald Street Kennels, and he has never tried to jump over it; it is a 6 ft. wooden fence where he cannot see the other side. A fantastic companion dog, Rusty really has it ALL going on. He is affectionate but not overly so and enjoys having a job to do, like fetch! He will need regular exercise, and then he will roll on his back for some sugar settling right in. HE IS AWESOME!!!
