ANZAC day services... CHRISTCHURCH AND BANKS PENINSULA 6.15am - Christchurch city dawn service and parade at Cranmer Square in central Christchurch. Christchurch mayor Lianne Dalziel will lay a wreath on behalf of the citizens of Christchurch. 6.15am - Heathcote, corner Martindale and Bridal Path roads. 6.30am - Dawn service for the Upper Riccarton War Memorial Library Inc, at 372 Riccarton Rd. 9am - Halswell Domain, War Memorial. 9am - Hei Hei, War Memorial. 9am - Service for the members of the 20th Battalion and their families, friends and supporters. The service will be held at the Memorial in Jane Deans Cl (off Harekeke St). 9.30am - Little River, Community Hall. 9.30am - Papanui RSA citizens service, parade and wreath laying at the War Memorial on the corner of Papanui and Main North roads. A service will be held in the RSA car park at 1 Harewood Rd from 10am. 10am - New Brighton RSA Service, War Memorial Cenotaph. 10.00am - Christchurch Citizens Service at the Transitional Cathedral, Latimer Square. This service has been organised by the Christchurch City Council, RSA and the Christ Church Cathedral and will include an address by Christchurch mayor Lianne Dalziel. 10am - Fendalton, St Barnabas Church. 10am - Christchurch Boys High Schools Anzac Service, with guest speaker Colonel (retired) David Maloney. Guests are asked to be seated in the Big Room by 9.55am. 10.15am - Lyttelton RSA Service, meet at the corner of London and Oxford streets. 10.30am - UCSA Anzac service in the University of Canterbury Registry Quad, opposite the James Hight Library. 10.30am, Diamond Harbour, meet at the community store. 10.40am - Sumner and Redcliffs RSA Anzac service. Parade begins at the corner of Stoke St and the Esplanade, followed by a service at the Hollywood Theatre at 11.30am. 11.30am - Akaroa war memorial on Beach Rd. 12pm - Wigram, Air Force Museum. NORTH CANTERBURY 6.30am - Kaiapoi dawn and civic service at the Kaiapoi Cenotaph, corner Williams St and Raven Quay. 9.30am - Oxford RSA Anzac service and parade at the GP Hall, Bay Rd. 10am - Kaiapoi citizens service at Trousselot Park, Charles St. 10am - Cust RSA Service, Community Centre. 10am - Hawarden Waitaki Anzac service. at the Waitaki Community Hall, Princes St. 10.30am - Cheviot RSA Service, meet at the War Memorial Cenotaph 10.30am. 11am - Amberley Anzac parade and service at the Amberley Domain Pavilion, 46 Douglas Rd. 11am - Kaikoura Anzac service at the Kaikoura Information Centre car park, West End. Parade will march to the Memorial Hall at 32 Esplanade, then to the cenotaph for the rest of the service. 11.30am - Rangiora Cenotaph service, corner High and Ivory streets.
