APMCC deeply regrets and condemns the callous attitude of Jammu Traffic Police in causing death to a young final year Engg. KP boy Sidharth Mattoo S/O Deepak and Rajni Mattoo ( followers of Swami Mast Bab Ashram) . The boy pillion rider on motorcycle No: JK02AW 4502 alongwith his friend Vishal Wanchoo were on way to his home in Anand Nagar, Bohri while on way near Bikram Chowk traffic police tried to stop them. As they were stopping the bike, the policeman caught the pillion rider by arm, so as to halt them from fleeing. Both of the boys fell as their bike skidded to large distance killing Sidharth on spot , while Vishal is battling for his life in Hospital. An FIR was lodged by Police against the erring Traffic policemen after family members & friends blocked the traffic on main road. APMCC demands immediate arrest of the traffic policemen and express heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family. R I P
