APPEAL APPEAL APPEAL Dear brothers and sisters, I, Noor Saba, wish to share my case and seek your kind consideration and support for which I am fighting for more than three decades. The case is a gross misuse of our fundamental rights where the due process of law has not been followed and despite order of the hona’ble Supreme Court of India, the corrupt machinery within the executive wing of the Supreme Court, changed the verdict(which was announced in my favor), with the illegitimate connection of the influential people sitting outside the court. The matter is related to my late husband, named Masood Umar Khan, R/o: Ghair Saifuddin, Domehla Road, District: Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, India, who died in 1980 and, at the time of his death, he was a principal in a government school as a fulltime government servant. Since his death, I have been DEPRIVED OF ALL LEGAL AND PUBLIC REMEDIES as well as OTHER ENTITLEMENTS which includes,POST RETIRAL BENEFITS, like family pension, gratuity, insurance policy, general provident funds and so on for more than 35 years resulting mentally, physically and financial sufferings I have been gone through. My review petition and application for the request of internal judicial enquiry is also pending since 2010, before the hono’ble Supreme Court of India. The most sadistic part of this story is that despite serving this country in the field of Judiciary and Education, we have to gone through such humiliations. My late husband, Masood Umar Khan was a renowned educationist, who was also awarded civilian honor, PadamShri, posthumously by the then NDA government. However, the award was later handed over back to the then Prime Minister AtalBihariVajpaee, since the India state did not help me in attaining justice.Masood’s father, Barister Sardar Wali Khan has also served this nation as a Justice, Allahabad High Court. He was also one of the founder members of JamiaMilliaIslamia, New Delhi, whose case laws and judgment’s orders also referred in the present judicial system. I request to the President of India and the Chief Justice of India, Supreme Court to take cognizance on this matter of national interest, fundamental rights and corruption so that a common citizen of this country can continue to faith in the judicial system of this country. I also appeal to the citizens of this country, civil rights organizations, Women’s right Group and NGOs to spread this message as much as they can through Facebook, Whatsapp or any other means, they are comfortable so that my voice can be heard. My Writ Petition number at the Supreme Court is (Civil) No 503 of 2007. I request you all to help and guide me in in this case, which has inflicted irreparable loss to my personal life, values and social status. I am a woman and could not sleep since my husband’s (Masood Umar Khan) death. This sleeplessness has also been a matter of intense debate and research in the medical fraternity.
