When we bring our tithe and offering to God, we draw near to God, and we enter into a covenant relationship with Him. On our part, tithing establishes God as the spiritual head of our life. On Gods part, He has promised to bless us and to rebuke the devourer. When we walk away from the plate after gladly leaving our tithe and offering, something from God goes with us.
