ARE YOU WILLING TO LEARN IN NEW WAYS? People often herald their long experience as giving them some special authority. But experience of what? Many years of repeating one way of doing something, for example, is not always something to brag about, especially if it is ineffective. In fact, though we may not realize it, our so-called experience is sometimes the very prison from which we must escape. What is often more important than experience is openness and the willingness to learn in new ways. Some people learn more in a day than others do in a lifetime. And such learning is a joy to behold, both in oneself and others. #DennisLewis
