IBB had the opportunity to do it with UNPP in 2003; he chickened out... thinking OBJ would deliver the Presidency on a platter of platinum. He may have been a crafty coupist, but he is a pathetic politician. He lost what would been his legacy: a two-party system he had tried to impose by federal fiat. Instead, he went to the opposite direction, facilitating the registration of many small parties... one of which is surprise, APGA--the only still-viable party of its class. The APGA card remains a great game for Southeast, especially with the gains in Anambra. The savings account must grow. At least, Imo must be restored. Talking of Anambra, all those advising Obiano to be your own man and all that jazz must sit back and think hard: the fight is NOT yet over, and we are talking about Nigeria. Oh, as I advised with the PhD (HC) padding of profile, there is no Akpokuedike of Igboland nor Ijele Anambra! His handlers must stop building bad bridges to nowhere and concentrate more on crafting better speeches that wont belabor his style/speed of speech delivery nor crash with his inexplicable distancing demeanor. There is no one that has a pan-Igbo title... forget Uwazuruike and his Ezeigbo Gburugburu meagalomania and Rochas Okorocha with his Bongo-music Owele Ndiigbo... not even the Great Zik was that! You take a title according the customs of a community; the name starts and ends there. Anyone who parades a panIgbo title should be reminded to take his medication.
