Tentative Itinerary is as follows: Friday August 2nd Meet and greet then off to eat 4-6 p.m Meet at Double Tree Hotel Lobby where we will be handing out maps and t-shirts. 6-8 p.m We will be enjoying a Mexican style buffet in the banquet room of the hotel. There will be a cash bar available for those of you that would like to imbibe. ********** Saturday Aug 3 rd Fun day in the park 11a-3p Picnic at the park Talent Show, Games, Music, food, and drink We would like for everyone to participate and make this a fun event. Dust off your dancing shoes, polish up your poetry, exercise your voice and get ready to groove and have some fun! All talents are welcome. 3p-6p Break... rest for a while or do your own thing 6p-8p Back to the park for a light dinner 8p-?? Going downtown to the Riverwalk where we can take a stroll or go on riverboat tours.
