ARTICLE XXVIII Sec. 1. The first and fourth articles of amendment to the Constitution of the United States are hereby extended, due to technological advancements since the time of these, to include telecommunications and the internet. These freedoms and rights contained herein shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any other State. Sec. 2. The President of the United States shall have the power and duty to pardon any person accused of imforming the people such rights are infringed. ARTICLE XXIX Sec. 1. Certain unalienable rights of human beings are extended, to reasonable degree, to all sentiment beings. These shall include animals, plants, and echosystems. a. Animals created by man for the purpose of food shall not spend their days subject to cruel or unusual conditions, nor shall be subject to slaughter in unnecessarily cruel or unusual ways. b. Trees used by man for construction and consumer products shall be adaquately and sufficiently replaced for future generations. The clearing of plants and habitat by man for living conditions, their daily effects, farmland, and the attainment of fossel and natural resources shall be refreighned to a reasonable, sustainable, and balanced level. c. The daily effects of man and corporate entities in their consumption and production shall not disrupt nor pollute echosystems beyond a reasonable, sustainable, and balanced level. Sec. 2. The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. This shall include extended powers to the FDA and extended substities as minimally necessary to compliant businesses. Sec. 3. The Judicial power of the United States shall appropriately economically and criminally punish such activities to the degree effective as detourant. The States relinquish the power of prosecution of animal cruelty to the United States. Sec. 4. The United States shall engage in peaceful international intervention and cooperation as natural or manmade disaster may occur.
