AT THE HEIGHT OF A SON OF A KING And sang a new song, saying: worthy are you to take the book and to open its seals; because you were slain, and with your blood you have redeemed us to God, all lineage and language and people and nation; and has made us unto our God Kings and priests, and we shall reign on the Earth (Revelation 5:9-10). COMPLEMENTARY passage 1 Chronicles 17:1-27 This beautiful prophetic passage refers to the extraordinary work of salvation. Dios sends his only son so that whoever believes in him is saved. His blood redeems us, cleanses us and forgives us. To receive Christ in the heart as Lord and Savior, a person receives the gift of eternal life and it begins a process of transformation. The father starts to shape the character of Christ, the image of his son in that life. In this way serves your purpose us out of anonymity to cover us with his glory and beauty. Further, tells us that has made us Kings and priests, and promised us that we will literally reign on this earth together to him. This will be fulfilled in the Millennium, period in which Christ will reign on earth together with its church. But the lineage and the royalty is something that the King of Kings want all children to enjoy now. Why, in Gods word we find abundant daily illustrations and parables of easy to understand, which makes us understand that now we are in it, and how should lead us and act. One of the most beautiful teachings in this regard, is us when compared with the Eagle, the Queen of birds, symbol of beauty, power and Majesty (Isaiah 40:31 )). Every Christian is called to develop two characteristics that distinguish it as a son of King: - A life of height (quality of life): Understand by revelation that now we are in Christ, they disappear the complexes of inferiority and inadequacy and increases our value. Do not drag us along the ground without grace and awkwardly, as an Eagle who never learned to fly would, and we extend our wings to go back to the heights to which we belong, plying the skies with confidence and Majesty. - Lineage and beauty: To understand that we are away to be part of the lineage of Abraham, we left behind the legacy of curse, customs and thoughts of Egypt (the slavery of the past) and learn as the Eagle selective because not eating what appears to him but what you fancy, to seek excellence in everything that we are and do. WE TALK WITH GOD: Sir, thank you very much for this beautiful sunrise at your side, by the precious gift of salvation. Because you were slain by us and with your blood, we have redeemed. You gave us freedom and power to leave behind a past of slavery and death. You deleted the signs that sin left us. Now, teaching us to feel like Kings, to lead us as Kings.
