ATM THEFT: Its the second time in just a few weeks that thieves have stolen an ATM in Kanawha County, this time Big Daddys Bar and Grill was the victim. The restaurants owner said whoever is behind the break-in, cut the wires to the surveillance system and phone lines and took the recording. The propertys landlord is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone who leads state police to an arrest and conviction.
