ATS has been among the better developers and they are to be encouraged to retain that reputation . This has always benefited them by way of premium pricing. Most of us have taken the decision to buy from ATS ignoring other builders based on recommendations of our friends and relatives even though they appeared to be pricey . Legal actions are unwarranted and all of us should persuade them towards more transparency and better communication of additional footage, penalty payment dates decision etc. It is my belief that they are getting lured by desire to profit from their defaults or afraid of the amount of penalties which could wipe out the premium pricing they charged. May be they should weigh the pros and cons of losing the premium pricing benefits on their future projects.
