With all that said, here is a list of MUST HAVES : 1) reliable transportation 2)drug free....that means pills, weed, coke, heroin, ...NOTHING!!!! 3)must have own tools.....not claw hammers and blocks of wood to sand with!!! 4)must be willing to work same day you come to interveiw to recieve job...... if you screw up what you swore to me you knew how to do... you will be fired on spot....why should i pay you just so i can fix your screw up!!!!! 5)smoking and cell calls are for break time ONLY....NOT EVERY 5-10 MINUTES!! 6)prove to me why you are the best for this position... cause lets face it, how many places are hireing right now?...BRING YOUR A-GAME!! I am easy to get along with, in the same sense... I dont put up with excusses, or b/s you told me you were the best, I hired you cause you said you were the best... NOW PROVE YOU ARE THE BEST!! We do ALOT of cars for magazines and sema...currently in five magazines now as I type....so again...ONLY THE BEST OUT THERE APPLY!!!
