The Code Blue Revolution continues its rapid growth and we need to hire 15 people to start on or before Monday, August 19th In Springfield, Ohio. Code Blue is actively seeking driven, versatile and enthusiastic individuals to join our water mitigation team. Although our available career opportunit...ies require a certain level of specialized knowledge which may differ from a candidate’s educational background and/or experiences. Code Blue provides all the necessary training for these career opportunities. Our Water Mitigation Specialists: Provide prompt and efficient responses and resolutions to each inquiry. Work in a partnership with the assigned contractor, discuss job scope with lead technicians, evaluate reported water readings, update claims with appropriate notes and audits the invoice for appropriate scope and price. Interpret, analyze and assist with policyholders’ inquiries and serve as an advocate for the policyholder. We are looking for: · Excellent customer service and communication skills. · Eagerness to learn. · Possess the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment. *Internet savvy and functional knowledge of Windows XP, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs* We will provide: · IICRC training, Water Restoration Technicians License. · Complete benefits package, including company match 401K. · Rapid growth and management opportunities for success-oriented people. · Opportunity to work with team members and leaders in a team oriented environment. · Incentive pay plan that provides opportunity to nearly double your base salary.
