********ATTENTION: IAS IS IN A CRISIS MODE********** We received notice after 6pm tonight the shelter has taken in 60 animals, primarily dogs and that SIX dogs were euthanized. We have been alerted that there is a Code Red List but as of 8:45pm we have not received who is on that list. ALL DOGS POSSIBLE NEED TO BE OUT ASAP IN THE MORNING AS DOGS WILL BE EUTHANIZED AND WE HAVE NO INDICATION ON HOW MANY OR WHICH DOGS THIS WILL INCLUDE. PLEASE CONTACT RESCUE HOTLINE AFTER HOURS: 972-721-3597 WITH ADOPTION OR RESCUE TAGS SO THEY WILL HAVE THEM IN THE MORNING. ADOPTERS please include the following information in your email: 1. Animal name and ID numberID 5. A Copy of your GOVT ID. You can attach as an attachement or FAX to F: (972) 721-2106 5. A RELIABLE phone number you can be reached at during shelter hours. Being able to reach you by phone is critical! * RESCUES please include the following information in your email: 1. Animal name and ID number 2. Full name 3. Phone number with the name of the person the number is associated with 4. Your 501(c)(3) determination letter from the IRS if not already on file. I am sorry to be so grim but it must be told... we are in serious trouble and need all your help.
