ATTENTION PLAYERS - FACEBOOK ALERT A number of unofficial ITF tournament Facebook pages have recently been created, which has resulted in approaches being made to players by bogus representatives. The people behind such unofficial pages do not work for or represent the ITF or the specific Tournament. The ITF highly recommends players do not accept Facebook invitations from them or communicate with their representatives. If you are contacted by, or receive a message from someone who you believe may be a bogus ITF or tournament representative you are requested to: 1. inform the ITF Supervisor at your tournament or the ITF office, AND ; 2. take a screenshot of any message and email it to the Tennis Integrity Unit (confidential@tennisintegrityunit). Players are generally advised to be cautious about who they link or communicate with on social media forums.
