ATTENTION life and wellness coaches, mind/ body/spirit workers and therapists, medical practitioners, healers, tree (and people) huggers, globetrotters, families, farmers, animal lovers, herbalists, entrepreneurs, and all the naturally curious and intrigued: I cordially invite each of you to join me on the next step of my journey because I believe the positive difference we can make in this world as a cooperatively working team is substantially greater than the difference we can make alone (especially if we see each other as competitors). If I am healthy and you are not? I can not help but perceive my own health, happiness and success as intertwined with the health, happiness and success of others and I truly believe that a group of like minded and driven individuals who have a shared vision and purpose can change the world in a bigger, faster and more effective way than if the same individuals went their own way and started their own businesses from scratch. There are business models and templates out there that are replicable, you just need to know where to look. More Detailed WHY: Last week when I heard the news that the Institute for Shipboard Education will be discontinuing their Enrichment Voyage program that brought me (as well as several others on here), to Guayaquil, Ecuador at the closing of 2012, I was devasted and heartbroken because I had only just recently planted the seed of a dream of my return to an EV in 2015 as a workshop facilitator. Now that dream will not even be given an opportunity to sprout. However that seed has been buried and now I have decided to start a series of wellness and essential oil classes in my own home (dates TBA!) so that next time I travel to Guayaquil it will be as a Young Living Leader on a tour of Gary Youngs 2,000 acre farm and participating in his Annual Amazon Adventure Trip. This can become yet another Trip of a Lifetime that I am determined to check off my expanding bucket list. If not this year than next. I have one life in my present body so why settle for one (SAS Spring 08) or two (EV Dec 12) trips of a lifetime when I (along with YOU!) can go on multiple trips of a lifetime per year with the pleasure of accompaning others who are creating a ripple of change by living their lives healthfully, purposely and abundantly all across the globe? Oh and whats incredible is that Today I had a HUGE mental breakthrough (after almost a month of an almost unstoppable case of leaky eye syndrome!) because I am finally beginning to understand why my heart has flat out resisted diving ALL IN to the other career pools that Ive been drawn to the edge of (after all It is when we have an abundance of wealth that we can create the most change. (I could spend my free time teaching permaculture in Africa AND pay rent, imagine that!).
