Ab Roll Outs! Day 12 of the YHH Ab Challenge...How are yall doing???? :) Just an FYI, we are kicking it up a notch with the difficulty level. Please make sure you video tape yourself to correct your technique. You want to make sure youve got a tight core, strong back, and control the hips as you go through these exercises. Slow down and resist using momentum to do the work. Visual what each rep is creating in your ab structure, and appreciate the hard work. Keys: 1) Keep knees apart to minimize hip flexor engagement 2) Pull the navel into the spine to active the TVA 3) Start with the roller directly under the shoulders, slight flexion of the spine, abs in tight 4) Roll out to full extension, bringing body/face to about 2 inches from the ground 5) Keep shoulder blades flat and hips extended at the bottom Today: 3 circuits: 1) 10 Ball Transfers 2) 10 (side) Partial TGU 3) 15 Show and Goes 4) 10 Ab Rollouts
