About 4 weeks ago I purchased an item on EBAY who then sent me all the shipping info, suppliers name and PAYPAL receipt number. to date I have not yet received the item. The tracking info shows the item as being returned to sender for insufficient address info, this I can understand as the address on the tracking document was incomplete . I called EBAy and after hanging on the line for 15 mins they told me to call back on another line, another 10 mins waiting. The result here was that I had to contact the supplier directly, WHY, as far as I was concerned EBAY are the supplier. I contacted the supplier Extreme motors who advised they would look into it. Repeated emails have got me nowhere. Pay-pal has payed Extreme motors the 170 USD. Both my nephew and I continue to follow this up with the concerned entities........ The thing here is PLEASE BE WARNED.
