About Victoria Osteen comments: sometimes we want to hear something the way we want to hear it, maybe that is what happen with her comment First of all I think Joel up lifts the name of Christ in talking to people about how and who they are to God--I pray blessing on him When we obey God-we are doing it for ourselves ,cause God takes pleasure when we are happy --thats His greatest joy ( Victoria comment) When God ask us or tell us something and we obey those things in our hearts ( now see this with His eyes as much as you can) we do those things for us in our hearts, --to obey Him is for us,no matter what He tells us-- once we accept that in our heart it pleases Him to see us happy in His commands and doing the things for us and for our lives that He has made for us. God is almighty and when He tells us things it makes our lives open to fully trust him and that pleases Him and that gives the worship that he so deserves. When you come to church to worship Him your not doing it for Him your doing it for yourself ( Victoria comment) When we worship God it gives us strength and peace, God is to be praised and when we do that from our hearts-( which also makes us )-that pleases Him in praise and honor to are most high God I dont think she meant her comments to be taken the way some has taken them, but I do know-- instead of condemning her if you think she meant it in a bad way, Pray for her, Jesus Him self never came to condemn...... Everything God has ever done or gave me, it was for me and when I give back from myself to Him, I am praising and worshiping my Master, Jesus Christ..........
