About our HEALTH, one of the greatest blessings that we rarely thank God about. The blessing that we, unfortunately, are always taking for granted. Judy, my 8 years old new patient, had an unexplained disease 2 years ago that doctors here failed to diagnose so her parents took her to Switzerland where they found a rare autoimmune disease requiring a special strict diet totally free of any carbohydrates or sugar plus taking a hell of medications and vitamins every day. Judy was extremely cooperative and she had her tooth extracted in a couple of minutes. Me (stupid and not concentrated as usual forgetting about her disease) : bravo ya judy keep biting on this cotton for an hour then u can eat some ice cream after two hours from now. Judy (looking at her mum with extreme excitement and happiness) : mummy can I eat a little ice cream tonight ? Today is my day OFF. Me (ten7a as usual bardo) : does she take a day off !! Her mum: she takes one day off every 2 weeks and she usually takes it on weekend but today she had a trip with her school so she asked her doctor if she can make it today so that she can eat with her friends. Me (looking at judy trying my best not to cry): I am really proud of you ya 7abibty coz u will be more beautiful and healthier than all your friends and you will never get fat coz you just eat healthy useful food. Judy (with the most innocent beautiful smile): yes I know that and I love eating healthy. I love you ya doctor and I am so happy that I extracted my tooth so that i can eat some ice cream today :( #health #blessings #el7amd_le_Allah الحمد لله الذي عافانا مما ابتلى به غيرنا و فضلنا على كثيرا من عباده تفضيلا. اللهم لك الحمد كما ينبغى لجلال وجهك و عظيم سلطانك.
