We are looking for an office administrator to join us in our good work. The successful candidate will have extreme organization skills while running an office, growing their department and be able to fulfill daily responsibilities in the following areas. *Be the upfront image of the company with the ability to greet and address the needs of all visitors to our office. *Take all incoming calls and direct them to the proper department. *Human resource record creation and maintenance. *Data Entry on new customers and put their alarm accounts online with the monitoring central station. *Assign installation and service scheduling. *Contact installers and advise of upcoming jobs and dispatches. *Review incoming contracts for accuracy and conformity to company standards. *Prepare weekly acquisition funding manage account reports. *Maintain Police Department permit applications for our clients. *Keep organized and readily accessible records of all company data. *Other administrative duties as required. We will train you in all aspects of performing the necessary tasks. It will be your ability to learn rapidly, maintain the processes to the highest standards and match the work ethic of our outstanding employees that will make you a perfect fit for this position. Absolute Security Alarms is a rapidly growing company in the Seattle area and the person we hire for this position will need to develop the necessary skills fast enough and accurate enough to manage the expansion of this department. We will likely need additional personnel in this arena within a few months.
