Abuse is about power, control, and patriarchy. The person being abused doesnt have to do anything. Stop trying to place blame on vicitms. The audacity of placing the onus of domestic violence on the person being abused. Any person - man, woman, child, gender, no gender, or multi gender - that defends #RayRice, saddens me. And please stop thinking the solution to domestic violence is telling the person to leave their abuser. The solution is not abusing someone. Its like some people search for reasons to blame victims, particularly women in my opinion, for everything, even when theyre being physically abused.
