According to a Lonmin spokesperson the allegations of tax evasion are false and mischievous. Regardless of the validity of the accusations, it is clear that Lonmins claim that it could not afford to increase the salaries of its workers must be called into question. Where and to whom has all that money gone? Why did Lonmin wait till 2012 to put an end to this practice? #Marikana #LonminTaxEvasion
