According to the insurance companys records/ invoice/final supplemental estimate all this is new metal. The only new metal here is the frame rails. He billed for both foot wells, rear floor, and deck supports, rear crossmember, drivers cowl side panel and installation. None of which were replaced or evan straightened. Had he replaced these my car would at least be straight and the frame rails would at least hug the floor. He may not have welded the m to the floor, and the paint job might still be shit but, at least the whole repair would not need to be redone. He was paid to do this no matter what your opinion of the prior condition of my car was.
