Account Co-ordinator Nottingham c£18k Our client based on the outskirts of Nottingham is seeking a German Speaking Account Co-ordinator. Providing first class customer service to a designated group of accounts. They will effective manage customer accounts and orders, in line with Company and brand strategies. Duties include; Process customer orders - ensure customer order details are validated prior to order entry. Deal promptly and efficiently with enquiries from both customers and account managers both verbally and in writing. Execute the Company procedures relating to order cancellations, customer and consumer returns and new account enquiries. To be a contact point for enquiries from management, account managers and other departments relating to statistics, orders, shipments etc. Liaise with the Credit department to ensure that queries are resolved in order to achieve prompt payment. To be considered for this role candidates must have; Fluent German and English Good standard of education - A levels or equivalent. Experience of working in Customer focused and fast moving commercial environment The Package includes a competitive salary, 28 days holiday per year and free parking on site.
