This position supports our Construction Services group. **Role Description**Responsible for the day-to-day, account management of Aon’s relationships with assigned clients as their primary role. Leads client service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, promotes the value Aon delivers to clients. **Responsibilities**Retains and grows Aon’s business, cultivating relationships with client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts. Facilitates critical relationships between clients, Aon Risk Solutions and insurers. Informs clients in risk management, risk transfer, market issues and relevant trends including appropriate benchmarking and GRIP data. Seeks to be a trusted business adviser on all pertinent issues; monitors client satisfaction; reports and resolves client issues and concerns and reviews client expectations to ensure relationship is mutually acceptable and beneficial. Marshals appropriate Aon resources****to support clients in unusual circumstances such as large claims, etc., seeking management assistance when required. Drives the renewal process**,**assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement the client-specific renewal strategy. Coordinates with Brokers in the development and delivery of renewal strategies. The Ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of the waste and recycling industries with the ability to identify inefficiency and opportunity for improvement. Candidate must also be a self-starter who can work independently, with strong economic thinking skills. Must be able to work to get the focus of the GP sites, which will not be easy in all cases. This position may at some point have some interaction with the sustainability group, so must be able to work across multiple functions to drive results. Success of the program will be measured by overall savings driven, and how well the program expands beyond the original GP platform. Candidate must be able to build a business from the ground up. Once successful, the services will be expanded to the Koch companies and potentially on a national account platform. MBM application MBM application. Key Responsibilities: * Through onsite visits evaluate site waste programs with a focus on diversion, waste optimization and reduced hauling cost. * Make equipment and process flow recommendations as part of overall analysis. * Negotiate with local service providers on both waste and recycling to drive improvement in program * Work with each individual location management team to implement process changes. * Develop baseline for each site around waste and recycling * Implement platform for track results and provide ongoing feedback by facility on a monthly basis * Hire Staff as required to maintain program. * This position will be responsible for developing a waste optimization program within Georgia Pacific Operations. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree * Minimum of two years management experience * Minimum of 5 years waste or recycling experience * Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in recycling and waste hauling industry with a focus on waste optimization. * Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
