Account Manager We are looking for an account manger for a company based in Lusaka. Duties include: Establishing and maintaining comprehensive and harmonious relationships with customers. Collecting and analyzing all marketing information, Understand the competition and their strategy within the market Developing and implementing relevant sales strategy and objectives. Achieving all sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new partner recruitment, option sales and development of new clients. Developing the business strategy and have end to end ownership and accountability for the complete ownership of the Sales Process. Building and delivering a ‘meaningful’ business model that is both transparent and robust. Position Requirements: Marketing, Sales, IT or any related qualification with a minimum of 5 years in telecommunications industry field sales experience. Proven track record of growing revenues, profitability, and market share in a high volume technology related company. In-depth understanding of ICT Industry. Having an excellent background in customer services, excellent negotiation skills as well as time management skills.
