Actual extracts of a clients email. 1: client- you have provided the microchip numbers for the dogs but not the actual microchips. Me - they are IN the dogs that you have in your kennels! 2: client - you have not provided the dogs collars. Me - I delivered them on the dogs necks! 3: client - the harnesses you have supplied are very old. Me - they are brand new in the wrappers! 4: client - the leads are too short. Me - they are 2 metre leads which are ideal for detection dog handlers! 5: client - the travel crates are in very bad condition. Me - the shipping agents provide brand new varijet type crates. They are shipped once and then you keep them. 6: client- there are just 7 clickers. Me - yes, 1 for each of the 6 dogs and a spare. The list of nonsense goes on.... None of which is accurate. I double checked with my instructor that everything is in order and he confirms it. Im at a loss for words. See guys n gals- you can encounter persons in senior positions but it doesnt mean that they are as knowledgeable as you might think
