Actually by taking the short/quick breathes, prior to the push on - TopicsExpress

Actually by taking the short/quick breathes, prior to the push on the sternum, you are already depriving your body of oxygen. Then the push on the sternum/chrst takes away the remaining oxygen circulating in your body which is why u feel light headed and can possibly have a seizure. Now take the lack of oxygen (hypoxia) and add the sudden thrust of your brain (from falling or bumping your head on something) can lead to intracranial pressure or swelling on your brain. Now when u add those together, you get seizure, brain death and death. I would rather it be from an accident and not from uneducated kids doing a challenge. Please, PLEASE, PLEASE be smarter than your friends. BE A LEADER AND SAY NO. BE THE ONE TO SAY ITS NOT WORTH IT! !!!!
