Adaptogenic herbs. They increase the body’s ability to cope – or “adapt” – to stress, boost the body’s resistance to physical, biological, emotional and environmental stressors, and promote the return to a balanced physical and mental state, eradicating the undesirable symptoms of anxiety and fatigue.
