Adieu to the mangoes of this year. This is the first year that I made many varieties with The fruit and cheese cake won my heart. So, here comes the Mango cheese cake again (with some chocolate syrup). Every bit tasted wonderful and precious ;) There are two specialties here: 1. I made this with cream cheese and whipped cream for the first time. My first mango cheese cake was with Paneer and condensed milk. 2. #CaLBangalore Yes! I made this with the secret ingredient swap we had on CAL Bangalore meet. Thank you Vidya Kanishk for packing instant china grass :)
