Aditya Trivedi Murlidhar Pamarthi Hansel DSouza Jatin Parekh Shubho Shekhar Bhattacharjee Sarvesh Parab Santosh Sahu What an electrifying speech by #NarendraModi! Note:- This is better than many hollywood films! ;) Is there any other leader who can make #businessmen, common man and spiritual gurus happy at once? Indias Prime Minister NaMo (Narendra Modi) gave a very electrifying speech at the Madison Square Garden. It was not a flowery speech with loft language or goals or anything like that. But it was simple, down to earth, practical speech that talked about small evolutionary changes not the revolutionary we-will-change-the-world stuff. He covered following basic points and while they may seem like small changes - small changes are more deliverable, measurable and can compound to form some big changes: 1. India has manpower and lots of it and in almost every area. We can supply skilled manpower, ask us for resources and we will deliver. 2. The government cant do it alone, the common man has to come along for the journey. 3. Small basic change like easy banking can deliver huge results (to the tune of more than Rs. 1,500 cr) 4. Cleanliness matters and government will make that a focus from latrines to cleaning up Ganges. 5. Simplification and easing up travel policies for Indians (NRI or not) as well as US citizens. One thing I really liked about the speech is - he kept the speech about Hindustan. He did not make it about other neighboring nations that continue to act as detractors trying to bring India down. He also did not talk about other political parties - there was one small reference but thats about it. It was about where we are, what changes we want to do, and where we want to go. Brilliant! Its been a long time since India has had a leader who was able and wiling to step up to the international stage and he did it in style!! #proudIndian #BharatMataKiJai
