Admin Assistant- StarTrack, Minchinbury In this role you’ll work as part of an Admin team to support the Shared Service function at our Minchinbury offices, performing general admin duties on a daily and ad-hoc basis as required. Requirements: - To provide efficient administrative support for the Shared Service department - Coordination and management of the filing room, scanning documentation, uploading invoices & archiving files within required timeframes - Performing ad-hoc admin duties as & when required - Ordering required office supplies - Ensure that all safety functions are maintained What you’ll need: - Previous administrative experience within a corporate environment - Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal - Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships - Ability to prioritise and organise work - Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Confident, adaptable personality who enjoys taking ownership and seeing tasks through tinyurl/pdw4nub
