Requirements Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent. Experience: Basic experience in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Basic understanding of HRM. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of PERSAL. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and GroupWise/Office Outlook). Communication skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Duties (key result areas/outputs): Perform administrative duties pertaining to the personnel administration section. Assist with implementation of recruitment and selection and SPMS functions. Compile the Skills Development Report and Annual Training Report and monitor all statistical data related to training and Administration matters. Provisioning administration, including ordering of stationery. Responsible for capturing transactions on PERSAL and maintaining Registers. Filing of personnel data, policies, regulations and circulars. Assist staff, supervisor, management and members of the Public with regard to Human Resource and Personnel matters.
