Adoption Update: “We adopted Malcolm in June 2006. He had been at the Humane Society for four months, which can tend to make dogs a bit more territorial and seem aggressive. I was nervous as he barked from behind the fence at my son, 8 and daughter, 11. After five minutes in the bonding room, we knew he was perfect and would be a great playmate, and his barking was just his way of saying, “Pick me, pick me.” He was housebroken from day one and never chewed on anything but his toys. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog or raised one as well.” #dogtales
