Adventures in Kindergarten: My student moved from the morning class to the afternoon class, which means that were both making some brand new friends! If theres one thing kindergartners love, is a giant new person with a moustache on the playground... no Aliens, today, though, just some extreme games bouncy-ball catch and Isaac fetching balls for kids who couldnt reach them. Then, during reading time, the teacher asked, Can we say this word? M... y... and I shouted, My! But none of the kids did. Well, Mister Isaac knows the word, doesnt he? There was pointing and laughing. They were even more impressed with my response to theBig Numbers Song than they were with the song itself (which they love). These kids are counting to one trilliion! Theyre geniuses!
