Firefighters are working on a small bushfire in the WARRENMANG area caused by a lightning strike. It is burning along the Landsborough Ridge on Malacoft Track near Blue Barkly Track. This fire is under control. There is no threat to communities. Smoke may be visible from nearby communities and roads. The next update is expected by 16/01/14 7:00 PM or as the situation changes. Safety Information: Review your bushfire survival plan. If you do not have a plan, decide what you will do if the situation changes. If you have time check your neighbours to see if they are monitoring conditions. If you are experiencing smoke exposure, seek medical advice or call Nurse on Call on 1300 606 024.
