Advice Please! Repost from Jessica Hi Advice Please. My son (12 months) has always been a bad sleeper. But the last two months it has got unbearable. He has two decent day sleeps no worries, goes down at 7-730 but is awake again at 9 screaming. Then its nearly always 3 or 4am before he eventually settles back to sleep. We have tried everything from self settling to rocking to co sleeping but he just twists, rolls, sits up etc. I think hes asleep and 5 mins later he is crying again. My partner and I are just exhausted and need some suggestions. I have had him on a homeopathic combination of chamomilla and something else but its clearly nothing working. Please share your suggestions.
