[ Advise/ Caution - something for seller to be aware of ] I had a situation on going now and im thinking to get advise from experience seller on how to settle this issue . As you know that Seller cant please every buyer cause we have our own policy to stand for . The courier service company wongly send two album parcel to the wrong customer . means they had exchange both of the album parcel . 1 of the customer had post it back to me , another one cause she is in boarding school so her sister will settle it and her sis request to meet up since we staying quite nearby . So we decided to meet up at Sunway pyramid and she say contact her when ever i got the album in hand. Once i get it yesterday noontime i straight update her and she told me is not convinient for her to meet up on weekdays . but i myself are not available at yesterday night or today . so plan changed for today and i ask to meet up in the noontime if is possible . she say nop she is at somewhere else unless i go to this places so i asked where is it. no reply from her and suddenly on dinner time she said that she is already on the way to sunway pyramid and will be reaching on what time . but im already out with my family to dinner. so i told her in a better way that saying aigooo why u didnt inform earlier and i say im out for family dinner so i will be back soon grab the album and meet up with u later. then she start saying how my service is and i should sacrifice something cause im doing business, she got her life and her plan she is not always free . So i call her straight but she did not pick up and i wrote a long reply but no rude words in it . She demand for me to post it to her first, she will see how is it then only post out the album that she had with her . So of course we seller wont do that , what if she didnt post it out and wats more the album that she had is more expensive than the one her sis ordered . So she say this .. she will just make a report to the consumer tribunal and i will deal with them later . if she dont get it within this date or any legal information for the stuff i had posted out she will be taking a legal action . Well i never xpect something that simple cause such a big issue ... and for how hard a seller build their reputation for the shop and 1 word from 1 customer spoil everything . i would like to know how u guys see this situation and of course be aware or caution for it as well . Sorry for the long post , if is not allowed in here please feel free to delete it .
