After 2 years ... Femme Fit is back! The Femme Fit 2013 is the only competition of its kind. It is a women-only fitness competition created to give women from different athletic backgrounds a showcase to compete. Femme Fit 2013 is a one day competition, which will consist of 5 separate events. Each event offers a unique challenge for seasoned athletes, first time competitors, and all women in between.
