After 23 years of living in ONE house...all of our Lilas life...we are moving this week to the parsonage on Reymond Street. Donnie and I met a block down from the house at the WIA building, many moons ago. So many memories,feelings, and emotions racing through the LeCuyer family right now. The house is so beautiful and homey...even a fireplace! We are so very excited to live right in the heart of our dear Las Cruces, and within walking distance of our sweet church. Prayers are much appreciated as we make this transition that we truly never expected. I am so grateful to the Smith family and all of our El Calvario congregation for working so hard to get the house ready for us. And many thanks to the NOMADS who came from who-knows-where,years ago, to add on the lovely pastor office to the house, as well as many upgrades and renovations. We WILL be having a swell open house eventually...for now, our family is going through this major life change smack in the middle of Advent! How wonderful to get to live what I just preached: that we should all remain alert and ready for the unexpected miracles in our lives. Thank you for your prayers and love; the very substance of our everyday joy.
