After 64 years my fathers brother, Sgt Gilberto Sanchez, was laid to rest at Ft Sam Houston National cemetery, together again with his brothers. A miracle that he found his way home, returning to a heros ceremony. I was thankful to spend time with family today and witness an incredible ceremony. Thank you to all who have honored and paid their respects to him. His story is a reminder to never forget our soldiers and never give up hope.
