After 7 weeks of the season it came down to the final night to decide the points champion in the late models. Rodney Pearce same into the night leading the points but found im in trouble early in the race, but came back up to finish 5th. Jon Brogdon came into the night in second and ran a smooth consistent race and with a last lap past finished second to clinch the points championship by 8 points!
