After Dinner seed mix to aid digestion: 1/2 cup fennel seeds 1/4 cup toasted coriander seeds 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1 Tbsp. Ajwan seeds 1 Tbsp. Cumin seeds 2 pinches salt (black or sea) 1 Tbsp. hot water Dissolve the salt in the water. Heat a cast iron frying pan on medium. Put in the fennel seeds and roast, stirring constantly, until slightly brown, about 2 min. Sprinkle on the salt water and stir and toast until dry and fragrant. Pour into a dish. Roast the remaining seeds, each kind separately, for a minute or so. Add to the dish of fennel and mix well. Store in a glass jar. Eat a tsp. full after lunch and dinner for good digestion and sweet breath! ~ Dr Vasant Lad
