The Director of Human Resources will lead all areas of human resources operations including, staffing and recruiting, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, performance management, organizational development, regulatory compliance, personnel policies, compensation, assist with payroll administration, workers compensation and unemployment administration. The Director of Human Resources plays a critical role in driving the values, vision, and mission of the organization while supporting the overall outcomes.
