After a PR shoot at the PC-9M sim today I got to fly it for a bit. Flew it back to base, 240kts down the runway, half Cuban , then low level down R29, broke left to tear drop around and line up R11, popping the air-brake to bring the speed down, flaps and gear down , 100kts IAS approach to a nice full stop landing. The QFI, jaw open said , eh...nice..the civvy journalist I was shooting for asked had I done it before.
