After a brief holiday break, we’re back to regularly-scheduled Facebook programming! Since many folks make New Year’s resolutions around healthy diets and daily exercise, we’re going to explore diet choices such as veganism and vegetarianism. It’s important to make sure you get all necessary nutrients with any diet, but some diets require special effort to make sure your body is getting all the necessary protein it needs. If you have experience with a specific kind of diet, please give us your thoughts and advice in the comments! To start the week, we found a helpful list of alternative diets from WebMD. It includes many different diet varieties, some of which are made to help fight or prevent disease, and others that aim to find food allergies. Check it out below.
